Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Operations or analyst experience • Clear communication • Excellent organization Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
