Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • US work authorization • Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, and databases • Experience with version control and CI/CD • Strong communication in a remote, async environment Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
