Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • HR experience • Discretion and confidentiality • Organized and detail-oriented • Strong interpersonal skills Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
