As a Junior Payroll Specialist, FP&A, you'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US). About the role You'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home. Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Strong attention to detail • Understanding of GAAP • Analytical mindset • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
