Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Excellent organization • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Strong problem-solving skills • Operations or analyst experience Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
