Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Operations or analyst experience • Clear communication • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Excellent organization Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
