Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Excellent organization • Clear communication • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Operations or analyst experience Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
