Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Proficiency in one or more modern languages (TypeScript, Go, Python, or Java) • Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, and databases • Experience with version control and CI/CD • Strong communication in a remote, async environment Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
