Junior Graphic Designer, Design Systems

IBM is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer, Design Systems to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Graphic Designer, Design Systems, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). About the role You'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Ability to give and receive feedback • Understanding of accessibility and usability • Proficiency in Figma • Strong portfolio of shipped work Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
