Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Proficiency in one or more modern languages (TypeScript, Go, Python, or Java) • Experience with version control and CI/CD • Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, and databases • Strong communication in a remote, async environment Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
