Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, and databases • Strong communication in a remote, async environment • Experience with version control and CI/CD • US work authorization Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
