IBM is hiring a Junior Digital Marketing Manager, Product to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Digital Marketing Manager, Product, you'll grow awareness, demand, and pipeline across channels. This is a part-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (CST)). About the role You'll grow awareness, demand, and pipeline across channels, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home. Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Project management skills • Hands-on marketing experience • Strong writing and creativity • A data-driven mindset Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
