Job description
Canva is hiring a Junior Delivery Manager, Go-to-Market to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Delivery Manager, Go-to-Market, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — USA).
About the role
You'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.
What you'll do:
• Plan, schedule, and track project delivery
• Manage risks, scope, and stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Run agile ceremonies and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training
• PMP or equivalent is a plus
• Stakeholder management skills
• Agile/Scrum familiarity
• Project or program management experience
Nice to have:
• Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
