Reddit is hiring a Junior Controller to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Controller, you'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful. This is a part-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (CST)). About the role You'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Accounting or finance background • Analytical mindset • Understanding of GAAP • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
