Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, and databases • Strong communication in a remote, async environment • Experience with version control and CI/CD • Proficiency in one or more modern languages (TypeScript, Go, Python, or Java) Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
