Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, and databases • Experience with version control and CI/CD • Proficiency in one or more modern languages (TypeScript, Go, Python, or Java) • Strong communication in a remote, async environment Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
