Junior Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Receivable

Shopify is hiring a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Receivable to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Receivable, you'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful. This is a part-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). About the role You'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Strong attention to detail • Accounting or finance background • Understanding of GAAP • Analytical mindset Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
