HR Generalist

Oracle is hiring a HR Generalist to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a HR Generalist, you'll support our people and build a great remote culture. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US). Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Knowledge of employment practices • Discretion and confidentiality • HR experience • Strong interpersonal skills Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
