Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Organized and detail-oriented • HR experience • Discretion and confidentiality • Knowledge of employment practices Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
