Job description
Microsoft is hiring a Group Product Manager to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Group Product Manager, you'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)).
About the role
You'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.
What you'll do:
• Define and track success metrics
• Own the product roadmap and prioritization
• Partner with engineering and design on delivery
• Communicate strategy across the company
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects
• Comfort making data-informed decisions
• Ability to lead without authority
• Experience shipping software products
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice to have:
• Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
