IBM is hiring a Graphic Designer, Design Systems to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Graphic Designer, Design Systems, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Ability to give and receive feedback • Proficiency in Figma • Understanding of accessibility and usability • Strong portfolio of shipped work Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
