Williams-Sonoma is hiring a Executive Assistant, Research to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Executive Assistant, Research, you'll support busy professionals with admin and scheduling. This is a contract, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (CST)).
About the role
You'll support busy professionals with admin and scheduling, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.
What you'll do:
• Coordinate travel and meetings
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling
• Prepare documents and reports
• Perform research and data tasks

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training
• Discretion with sensitive information
• Excellent organization and communication
• Proactive and reliable
• Proficiency with Google Workspace / MS Office
