Zendesk is hiring a Delivery Manager, Platform to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Delivery Manager, Platform, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a freelance, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US). About the role You'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Agile/Scrum familiarity • Stakeholder management skills • Excellent organization and communication • PMP or equivalent is a plus Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
