Fidelity is hiring a Data Entry Operator, Records to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Data Entry Operator, Records, you'll accurately enter and maintain data from home. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (EST)). About the role You'll accurately enter and maintain data from home, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home. Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Comfort with spreadsheets and data tools • Reliable home internet • Dependable and self-managed • Fast, accurate typing (45+ WPM) Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
