Notion is hiring a Controller, Payroll to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Controller, Payroll, you'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). About the role You'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Analytical mindset • Strong attention to detail • Accounting or finance background • Understanding of GAAP Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
