Job description
Zendesk is hiring a Business Operations Associate, Go-to-Market to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Business Operations Associate, Go-to-Market, you'll make the business run smoothly and efficiently. This is a contract, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US).
About the role
You'll make the business run smoothly and efficiently, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.

• Support strategic initiatives
• Improve and document processes
• Identify and remove bottlenecks
• Analyze operational metrics
• Coordinate across teams and vendors

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent organization
• Operations or analyst experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Clear communication
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
