Job description
Atlassian is hiring a Associate Product Manager to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Associate Product Manager, you'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)).
About the role
You'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.

• Own the product roadmap and prioritization
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements
• Communicate strategy across the company
• Define and track success metrics
• Partner with engineering and design on delivery

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training
• Experience shipping software products
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to lead without authority
• Customer-focused mindset
Nice to have:
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
