Okta is hiring a Account Executive, SMB to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Account Executive, SMB, you'll drive revenue by connecting customers with the right solutions. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). About the role You'll drive revenue by connecting customers with the right solutions, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home. Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot) • Track record of meeting targets • Self-motivated and goal-driven • Strong communication and negotiation skills Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
